This is an interactive, hands-on experience that gives you an in-depth introduction into the art and precision of distilling using iStill technology.
The experience includes a Giants French 75 on arrival, Giants Basalt Rock Gin & Tonics throughout, as well as a hummus & olive platter and cheese board.

Guided through the fundamentals of gin distillation and recipe development, you will pick and blend botanicals to create your own unique gin recipe. One that we will keep and distill for you in years to come, should you ever want another bottle.

Distil gin using disruptive, stainless-steel technology on your very own iStill Nano. Each iStill is controlled on its designated iPad, where you can dial in your chosen head, hearts, and tails cut-points to create your desired flavour profile.
